3 @ 70% 1 RM

3 @ 80% 1 RM

3 x 3 @ 90% 1 RM

Press

5 x 8 @ 55% 1 RM

DWOD:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

5 DB Push Presses
10 Push Ups
15 Double Unders

    WOD: 9 rounds plus 5 db PP (15lb db, push ups from knees half way through)

    3 Strict Pull Ups
    5 Push Presses @ 65% of body weight
    5 Strict Pull Ups

    10 Rounds + 1PP and 1PU @ 135#

    6 rounds plus 10 single jumps short of round 7! Did single jumps throughout instead of double-unders
