Announcements:

NO AM Classes! We will see how the weather is doing for the PM classes, all up to date announcements can be found on our myFace page.

Thank you to all of the Athletes and contributors for our Barbells for Boobs workout! We crushed our $2000 goal and brought in $2.807 which paid for 35 Mammograms for women in need. This was a great event to be a part of, and it truly showed the power of our community. We more than doubled last year’s total of $1,300! Our next workout fundraiser will be for WADE’S WINGS, on Monday, November 12th. Wade’s Wings is an organizational vehicle created to raise money and awareness to help create treatment options for children with Neuroblastoma in memory of Wade DeBruin who passed away at the age of 2. Neuroblastoma is a pediatric cancer of the nerve tissue that is extraordinarily deadly. The workout will be 5 Rounds for time: 11 One Arm DB Snatch, 12 One DB Thrusters, 11 Pull Ups w/ the DB. Over $13,000 has been raised in Wade’s name thus far, and I would like to do everything in my power to help them reach their $20,000 goal by 11/12/12. Thank you, CFDunicorns.
