Free Intro Workout

Come to one of our free intro workouts Wednesdays at 6:30pm.  Email to reserve a spot.

The class is meant to teach you more about CrossFit by exposing you to the CrossFit methodology, meeting the coaches, seeing the space, and giving you time to ask questions.   The focus of the class is to help you better understand how CrossFit can be right for you, and not necessarily have you end in a sweaty heap.
No prior experience is required.

All workouts can be scaled to accommodate your needs.

If you have attended an intro workout, or know that you want to attend group classes, you can proceed with registration in our Foundations classes.
