Here we go! Friday night heats will be starting at 5:30pm! As we have been doing, we will be running heats in both the morning and afternoon classes, and also Saturday at 9am (please arrive at 9am and we will be running two heats).
Thomas Circle heats will begin at 4pm, and also on Sundays at 10am.
WOD for Friday- Open WOD 17.4 (repeat- 16.4!)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts, 225/155 lb. (135/95lbs)
55 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target/14lbs to 9 ft target (20lb ball to 9ft target/10lb ball to 9ft target)
55 handstand push-ups (hand release push-ups)
Post total reps for score.
