Complete 5 sets of the following: 3 minutes:(hard sprints!)

3 Power Cleans (225/155lbs)*

6 Burpee Box Jumps (30/24ins)

Max Calories on the Row or Assault Bike

-3 minutes rest-

*Sub is 12 KB Swings if looking to make it a lighter conditioning piece without load and if you are newer to our program.
