Minute 2- 2 Box Jumps (24/20in)
…Increase by 2 reps each round on box jumps until you can no longer get these in the minute
*Scale row to finish in under 45 seconds
1 minute- D-Ball Hug/Hold
1 minute- Plank
1 minute- Rest
