We will be making a determination on whether we will be holding the evening classes by tomorrow afternoon.

WOD for Tuesday:

Front Squats- Build up to a heavy single

3 rounds for time:

Row 50 Calories*

150 Double-unders

50 Alternating Lunges

Score is weight and time.

*Find some space in your apartment and sub 30 burpees for row for the above workout!
