WOD for Tuesday:

4 sets:

4 Front Squats+ 8 Back Squats @75-80% of 1RM of Front Squat

3 rounds:

10 Hollow Rocks

10 V-ups

10 Tuck-ups

10 sec Hollow Hold

-Rest 1 minute in between rounds-

Post weight used for squats.
